We went ice blocking, had a water balloon fight (note to self, 200 water balloons sounds like a lot...but it's really not), ate popsicles, played a super fun hot potato game (I'll write another post with details about the game and directions. It was SO easy and the kids LOVED it...seriously, with everything we did, it was the first thing they told their parents about when they got picked up this morning), played hide and seek in the dark and watched movies. We had more fun ideas planned, but we ran out of time...we'll have to save them for next year.
Following are lots of pictures from our fun night of ice blocking!
Adaly and Wil's cousins Juliana and Itzel (they were in town for the weekend, so they were able to come to our sleepover - it was fun to have them!)
Lyzette falling off her block and Arlene going down the hill. I think Arlene was the best ice blocker!
Wil - that's a popsicle in his mouth (the blocks weren't free for Wil and I to play on until the kids stopped for a popsicle break) - don't try this at home, it's only for very skilled first time ice blockers.
